At SCRI Academy, we believe that knowledge is best retained through application. For this reason, participant involvement in activities and discussions forms a substantial part of our training approach (approximately 50% of the learning experience is dedicated to active participation from participants). Through case studies, real life experience sharing, group discussions, role-play, and quizzes, participants are given the opportunity to apply what they have learned immediately in class. Meaningful interactions are also built into the sessions to encourage peer learning and the exchange of diverse perspectives.
