Course Description
The CRC Onboarding Programme is a 2 half-day programme designed to support CRCs with less than 1 year of experience. Upon completion of the programme, you will be able to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and navigate basic CRC duties with ease, ensuring that studies are conducted according to the relevant guidelines and policies.
Learning Outcome
Explain the different types of clinical trials and describe the key stages of the drug development process
Apply the principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) to day-to-day responsibilities as a CRC
Describe how HSA and IRB regulate clinical trials in Singapore
Distinguish between the roles and responsibilities of a sponsor, Principal Investigator, and CRC, and explain how these roles interact throughout a trial
Carry out core clinical trial activities, including participant screening and recruitment, obtaining informed consent, designing study templates, maintaining source documentation and essential documents, reporting safety events to the IRB, and managing investigational products.

E-Learning Module
Participants will be given access to the e-learning materials 1 week before the virtual classroom sessions commence. Participants are required to complete all e-learning modules and quizzes by the end of their respective programme intakes.

You are strongly encouraged to access the Zoom virtual class via a PC or Laptop for better learning experience as you need to refer to the training handouts while attending the class.
Stable internet connection (3G or 4G/LTE), with minimum bandwidth of 600kbps is recommended.

Qualification
Participants who have completed all modules of the programmes and attend all virtual tutorial sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion (CRC Onboarding Programme) from SCRI Academy.
