Dr. Byambatsogt Lkhagvasuren is a leading figure in Mongolian Interventional Cardiology. After graduating from medical school in 2014, he pursued a Master of Science and cardiology training at Mongolian National University of Medical Science in Mongolia. Since 2020, he has been serving at the Third State Central Hospital as a cardiologist, where he advanced his expertise in interventional cardiology through training in Korea, Korea University Medical Center, Anam Hospital.

He has 5 years of experience in interventional cardiology and completed a one-year advanced training program in valvular heart disease and peripheral vascular interventions at Severance Cardiovascular center, Yonsei University Hospital in Korea starting in 2023.

He is currently working in the Coronary Care Unit, where he performs elective and emergency PCI procedures for patients with acute myocardial infarction and those with chronic ischemic heart disease.
