Terms and Conditions

1. Submission Guidelines

• Open to participants aged 18 years and above

• Each participant may submit a maximum of two (2) designs

• Multiple submissions beyond the two-design will result in only the first two submissions being considered. Each participant is only entitled to one prize.

• Mandatory text elements: ‘DCA-CRC Award'

• Please save your file using this format: “[Participant Full Name]_Design 1” and “[Participant Full Name]_Design 2”

2. Originality and Ownership

• All submitted artwork must be entirely original and created solely by the participant

• The artwork must not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights

3. Plagiarism and Disqualification

• Any form of plagiarism or copying of existing works will result in immediate disqualification - The organisers reserve the right to disqualify entries that:

  • Contain copied or derivative content

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Do not meet the competition requirements

  • Are submitted after the deadline

  • Are deemed inappropriate or offensive

4. Artificial Intelligence Usage

• AI tools may be used for conceptualisation and ideation phases only

• All submissions will be subjected to AI detection screening

5. Rights and Usage

• Participants retain copyright of their submitted artwork

• By entering, participants grant the organisers a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and promote the submitted artwork.

• The winning artwork would be used as the official pin for the Distinguished Contributor Award for Clinical Research Coordinator.

6. Judging

• All decisions made by the judges and organisers are final.
