CRIS HEOR Horizontal

The CRIS HEOR Horizontal Initiative fosters collaboration, integration, and knowledge sharing across Business Units (BUs) within CRIS, bringing together complementary expertise, capabilities, networks, and resources to maximize collective impact. As a key contributor to this initiative, the HEOR team provides methodological expertise, capability building, and coordination support to facilitate cross-BU collaborations and the delivery of multidisciplinary projects. Through joint project development, shared learning, and cross-functional problem-solving, the initiative enables CRIS to address complex healthcare and research challenges more effectively than any single BU could achieve alone. Guided by the principle that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, the initiative strengthens CRIS' ability to generate high-quality evidence, drive innovation, and deliver greater value to stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
