Dr. Nguyen Quang Bay, MD, PhD, serves as Head of Department of Endocrinology at Bach Mai Hospital, Vietnam, and Chief of Division of Endocrinology in the Department of Internal Medicine at Hanoi Medical University.

Between 2019 and 2023, Dr. Nguyen Quang Bay was consistently recognised as The Best Lecturer at Hanoi Medical University. His clinical and academic expertise was widely acknowledged through his participation as both speaker and chairman at numerous national conferences and seminars. Notable engagements included his role at the 3rd Asia-Pacific "Cardio-metabolic Education Forum" held in Manila, Philippines, from 28-30 May 2010, and his poster presentation at the 2021 Virtual American Endocrine Society's Annual Meeting.

Dr. Nguyen Quang Bay made substantial contributions to medical literature, authoring 24 articles in Vietnamese medical journals and 4 publications in international journals. He was featured as a special guest at the inaugural InnovaTalk webinar in 2024, where he shared his expertise with the medical community, particularly benefiting healthcare professionals in Vietnam.
