Dr. Koh Tsingyi is a Principal Clinical Pharmacist in Solid Organ Transplantation at National University Hospital Singapore (NUH). After obtaining her Doctor in Pharmacy from University of Illinois – Chicago, USA, she completed her residency training in pediatric pharmacotherapy, focusing on transplant pharmacotherapy at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Prior to joining NUH in 2013, she practiced as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Solid Organ Transplantation at Boston Children’s Hospital where she cared for kidney, liver, intestine, pancreas and multivisceral transplant patients. She had been a reviewer of The AST Handbook of Transplant Infections and have co-authored a chapter on adverse drug reactions and drug-drug interactions. 

She currently serves as a Preceptor of the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Programme at NUH and is a lecturer for transplant pharmacotherapy of the Doctor of Pharmacy Programme at National University of Singapore. She is Board-Certified in Pharmacotherapy with the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in USA. Her main interests are post-transplant infections and immunosuppression.
