At SCRI, we are committed to provide a range of clinical research and scientific expertise in a collaborative manner  to support high-quality, innovative, patient-oriented research.

Quality Policy
It is SCRI policy for all aspects of the business units to ensure the protection of the rights, safety and well-being of human participants in trials that involve human subject participation. This is achieved by always cultivating the following  into the business activities:

 Customer Focus: Meeting Customer’s needs and applying Quality Mindset throughout the business operations,

 Compliance: Complying with regulatory requirements, quality requirements and other applicable standards,

 Continuous Improvements: Adding values and benefits to customer and company.

 

Quality Management System (QMS)

It is our objective to ensure operation practices are followed according to written procedures so that the quality and integrity of the data are maintained throughout a clinical study. In order to achieve that, it requires a sustainable Quality Management System, good quality practices and employees with good quality mindset.

SCRI has established the Quality Management System (QMS) where all employees share a common understanding and commitment towards QMS implementation and sustainability.

Our QMS incorporates the following elements in accordance with the ICH-Good Clinical Practices.
