SCRI's Project Management team is committed to excellence, delivering effective, efficient and high- quality results to our research collaborators in  single-site, multi-site and multi-national projects. Project Management expertise and support includes: Protocol preparation and implementation, Study budget preparation, Oversight for protocol compliance, adherence to Good Clinical Practice and Standard Operating Procedures, Study progress reporting, Management of timelines, budget and deliverables.

SCRI currently manages over 30 studies including investigator-initiated academic trials, single and multiple site studies, and multi-national-site studies.  Research areas include epidemiology, dentistry, nutrition, psychiatry, surgery and paediatrics.  Specific disease areas include oncology, ophthalmology, cardiology, nephrology and neurology.
