What is GET – Grant Enhancement Training?
This is a two-day workshop aimed at helping individuals develop competitive grant applications by facilitating early engagement and collaboration between investigators and experts in study design and quantitative methods, and by providing hands-on guidance in the preparation of a grant. The workshop details how to best present the key elements of the grant. A key component of the workshop is the dedicated review and discussion of each participant’s proposal. After the workshop, participants will be better equipped to write a persuasive, high-impact research proposal for the next grant call. Participation in the workshop is free. Due to the intimate nature of the workshop, the number of spaces is limited. Applications may be reviewed and selected based upon their level of development.
